Cemllorar™ works with selected fulfillment partners to move each order from our store to your wardrobe as efficiently as possible. Depending on stock location and destination, items may ship from different regional facilities.
Order Preparation
Most orders require 2–5 business days for confirmation, handling, and packing.
During holidays, launches, or high-volume promotional periods, preparation may take up to 6 business days.
Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order.

Delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

Transit times are estimates and may vary because of carrier schedules, customs clearance, weather, or peak-season volume.
Tracking
When your order leaves the fulfillment facility, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may require 1–3 business days to display movement after the shipping confirmation is issued.
International Orders
International shipments may be sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis where applicable.
Import duties, local taxes, customs charges, or similar fees required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Customs procedures may also affect delivery timing.
Order Changes
Need to update an address or cancel an order?
Contact us within 12 hours of purchase:
Once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement when the claim qualifies.
Packages Lost in Transit
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Cemllorar™ will arrange a replacement at no additional product cost.
